Job summary
A lubricant manufacturing company based in Johor Bahru is seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator. Responsibilities include coordinating dealer campaigns, organizing events, and managing marketing assets. The ideal candidate will have a background in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales with a passion for trade marketing. Proficiency in Chinese, Malay, and English is essential. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with 1 year of experience to join a dynamic team.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Passion for trade marketing and business sales channels is required.
- Must be proficient in Chinese, Malay, and English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute dealer campaigns including lucky draws and redemptions.
- Organize relationship-building events and support lead generation.
- Manage marketing assets and process supplier claims.

- Coordinate and execute dealer campaigns (e.g., lucky draws, redemptions, incentive trips)
- Organize trade and relationship-building events, including appreciation dinners across regions
- Support lead generation through paid ads and digital outreach
- Enhance dealer visibility via Google My Business and POS materials
- Manage marketing assets (e.g., signages, sales aids, PR gifts) and handle related purchasing and documentation
- Process supplier claims within the required timeline
- 1 year of experience, or fresh graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales
- Passionate about trade marketing and business sales channels
- Proficient in Chinese, Malay, and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
