Product Specialist/ Hospital Representative (Medical Channel)

We are looking for a dynamic Product Specialist/ Hospital Representative to join our team and support our customers in the Southern Region.
In this role, you will promote innovative pharmaceutical and supplement products to clinics, helping to improve patient care and wellness.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify and manage sales opportunities for existing customers while developing a new customer base to boost sales revenue and achieve company targets.
- Build Strong Relationships: Conduct regular visits and maintain excellent business relationships with key customers, including doctors, pharmacists, purchasers/buyers, and staff nurses.
- Ensure Effective Communication: Maintain prompt and clear communication between customers and the company to address business needs and concerns.
- Promote Products: Utilize in-depth product knowledge to effectively promote pharmaceutical and supplement products.
- Enhance Customer Engagement: Encourage repeat purchases and increase product usage through strategic sales initiatives.
- Monitor Market Trends: Report on competitor activities and market conditions to stay ahead in the industry.
- Maintain Customer Data: Regularly review and update the customer master list to ensure accurate and current information.
- Report and Plan: Submit timely monthly sales reports and itinerary call plans.
- Participate in Industry Events: Engage in events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote company products.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with your immediate supervisor and the marketing team during fieldwork.
- Support Market Research: Assist the marketing team with market surveys for both existing and new products.
Job Requirements
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Sales planning and forecasting.
- At least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Degree in Science background or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical industry.
