Job summary

A dynamic sales company in Malaysia is seeking a proactive individual for a sales position. The role involves visiting customers, understanding their needs, and implementing sales and promotion strategies. Candidates should be result-oriented, with at least one year of sales experience. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Visit end customers regularly, understand end users needs, implement sales policies & promotion policies.
  • Prepare daily work summary report, work plan, to superior regulary, accept boss guidance & advise.
  • Understand channel management & operation, understand terminal situation.
  • Investigate and understand the market and new product dynamics of competitor.
  • Good listening & care about customer needs, feedback customer needs to the company, improve customer satisfaction.
  • Cooperate with the Marketing Planning Dept. of the company, organize the department to participate in the planning, organization and implementation of the marketing activities, brand promotion and public relations activities of the customers served by company.
  • Handle other tasks temporarily assigned by GM

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment which requires multi-tasking.
  • SPM, Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, International Business, Business Studies or its equivalent.
  • 1 year of sales experience and above. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge in car battery installation and battery recharging processes is an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy and able to submit intensive sales report.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High team spirit, able to work well as a team but also independently.
  • Flexible in travelling or relocate and able to travel within short notice.
