Job Description

WECOFA is a fast‑growing digital marketing agency with established in‑office teams in both Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. While this position is fully remote at present, we prefer candidates based in Kuala Lumpur in anticipation of potential future office integration.

We are looking for a Malaysia‑based Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in paid media buying, primarily on Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Bonus points if you’ve run TikTok ad campaigns too.

You’ll be supporting our Project Managers based in Singapore to execute high‑performing ad campaigns for clients across industries such as F&B, lifestyle, e‑commerce, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Search & Display, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Monitor ad performance and make data‑driven optimisations to improve ROAS and reduce CPA
  • Conduct A/B testing on copy, creatives, targeting, and placements
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop assets for campaigns
  • Stay updated on platform changes, advertising trends, and best practices
  • Bonus: Manage and optimise campaigns on TikTok Ads
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in Google and Meta ad buying
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and optimisation techniques
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
  • Able to work independently and manage timelines across multiple campaigns
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising, or related fields
Nice to Have (Bonus)
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications
  • Previous agency experience managing multiple accounts
  • Familiarity with e‑commerce and lead‑generation funnels
Additional Information

Job Type: Full‑Time (Remote)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Location: Remote, but preferably based in Kuala Lumpur

Reporting Line: Reports to Project Managers in Singapore
