Overview
The Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive will support and execute end-to-end marketing activities across Hextar F&B’s multi-brand portfolio. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing branding, advertising, campaigns, events, social media, CRM, and vendor coordination with minimal agency support.
Key Responsibilities
- Branding & Advertising
- Support the planning and execution of brand strategies aligned with each brand’s positioning.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate the development and rollout of advertising and promotional materials (online & offline).
- Campaigns, Events & Promotions
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, festive promotions, and new outlet launches.
- Support on-ground activations, PR events, and collaborations with mall partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Social Media, Digital & Content
- Manage social media content calendars and daily postings across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (XHS).
- Work with designers, creators, KOCs/KOLs, or agencies to generate engaging content and brand coverage.
- Source and manage monthly KOCs to ensure continuous online talkability and brand presence.
- Support CRM initiatives including loyalty programmes, WhatsApp/SMS blasts, and EDMs.
- Assist in customer segmentation and targeted communication campaigns.
- Monitor customer engagement and feedback to improve retention strategies.
- Delivery Platform & Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage GrabFood marketing initiatives, including in-app promotions, banners, vouchers, and campaigns.
- Liaise with delivery platform account managers to improve visibility and sales performance.
- Liaise with creative vendors, media partners, printers, and mall management.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and budgets for marketing-related activities.
- Ensure smooth execution and cost efficiency across all initiatives.
- Reporting & Administrative Support
- Prepare marketing reports, campaign summaries, and basic performance analysis.
- Handle administrative tasks including PO preparation, payment coordination, and documentation.
- Track budgets and marketing spend.
- Organisation Structure
- Reports to: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing
- Works closely with: Brand Operations Teams; Finance & Procurement; Mall & Business Partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Marketing Executive: 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Senior Marketing Executive: 3–5 years of experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality
- Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, campaign execution, and events.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask across multiple brands.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
