A leading automotive company in Malysia is looking for a Marketing Executive to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Marketing and 1-2 years of marketing experience. Responsibilities include planning and implementing campaigns, managing partnerships, and monitoring performance to enhance brand visibility and customer retention. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on customer engagement and market trends.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support Sales, Aftersales, and Body & Paint business objectives, ensuring alignment with overall brand direction.
Research and identify potential external business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to strengthen brand presence and generate leads using reliable data and available sources.
Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels, including digital advertising, social media marketing, roadshows, showroom events, partnerships, and sponsorship activities.
Manage and liaise with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and cost efficiency of all marketing materials and campaigns.
Oversee marketing budgets to ensure advertising and promotional activities are executed within the approved budget and deliver optimal return on investment (ROI).
Prepare and implement structured marketing plans and calendars that drive customer acquisition, service retention, and Body & Paint traffic through targeted promotions and campaigns.
Support the Sales team with marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to achieve sales targets and distribution goals.
Drive customer retention programs by implementing marketing activities that enhance customer experience, loyalty, and repeat visits across Sales and Aftersales touchpoints.
Manage and develop partnership and joint-promotion programs with external partners to increase showroom traffic, service bookings, and brand visibility.
Coordinate the development of marketing collaterals, including digital content, social media posts, creative artwork, videos, brochures, and in-store promotional materials.
Handle communication and coordination with principals, affiliates, internal departments (Sales, Afters, Body & Paint), management teams, agencies, and business partners.
Monitor campaign performance, digital engagement, and promotional results, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
