Job summary
A leading marketing firm in Selangor is seeking a Junior Executive for HR to support the recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely hiring. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related fields and has 1–2 years of experience in recruitment. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of working experience in recruitment or human resources. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.

- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

To support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates, ensuring timely hiring to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of employment passes, work permits, and other related documentation in compliance with government regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies to ensure smooth processing of work passes.
- Maintain and update the company's recruitment databases and tracking systems.
- Provide HR support and advice to both new and existing employees as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and changes in employment legislation.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of working experience in recruitment or human resources. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
