We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our team at Cititel Express Ipoh. This is a full-time position based in Ipoh, Perak. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, ensuring the efficient management of our human capital and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you’ll be doing

Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding

Administer employee benefits and compensation

Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Provide HR-related guidance and support to managers and employees

Assist with the planning and execution of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and team-building events

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems

What we’re looking for

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or shared services environment

Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation

Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail

Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
