A manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, manpower planning, and employee attendance monitoring. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field, has at least 3 years of experience, and is proactive with strong communication skills. Candidates with experience in managing expatriate permits will have an advantage. This role also involves maintaining employee records and handling misconduct issues.
Responsible for part of HR functions including recruitment, manpower planning and monitor employee daily attendance.
Update leave records based on daily attendance.
Monitor OT forms based on daily attendance.
Maintaining employee records and update personal details.
Maintain administration record (medical, leave application, disciplinary issue, etc).
Handle employee misconduct issues such as to conduct counselling, issue show cause, warning, suspension, termination, and other related to IR letter.
Plan in coordinating training sessions and development programs.
Team player and constant update team members on work related matters
Good communication skills, positive & pro‑active toward work
Possess own transport
Willing to work at Pulau Indah, Selangor
