Job summary

A healthcare services company is seeking a Client Servicing Executive (also known as Account Management Executive) to provide support for inquiries related to claims and plan benefits. This role involves managing communications, supporting the Account Management Manager, and preparing necessary documents for client visits. Candidates should have a diploma in Business Administration, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Positions are available in Penang and Shah Alam.

We are looking for Client Servicing Executive which is also known as Account Management Executive in our company.

What You Will Be Accountable For
  • Provide timely and efficient support by addressing inquiries related to claims, plan benefits, and other matters.
  • Manage inbound and outbound mail, phone calls, and document routing/filing processes.
  • Continuously support the Account Management Manager in achieving company strategies and targets.
  • Prepare renewal documents, presentation materials, and tender requirements based on client needs during visits.
  • Consult and update the Schedule of Benefits (SOB) according to policy entitlements during customer visits.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team on the interpretation and configuration of the SOB.
  • Conduct testing on SOB configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Educational Requirements

Minimum diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.

Experience

At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Candidates with a background in medical insurance or insurance brokerage are preferred.

Skills
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
  • Computer literate, with a good command of essential software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and liaise with individuals across all management levels.
Other Requirements
  • Possess own transport and be willing to travel as required.
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours when necessary.
  • Position will be based in Penang (2 positions) and Shah Alam (4 positions)
