Job summary

A leading hospitality company is looking for a candidate in Genting Highlands, Malaysia, to assist in various operational tasks, including checking and recording drivers' attendance and handling limousine reservations. The ideal candidate should have at least an SPM qualification, communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and possess good performance records. This role requires flexibility in daily operations, providing a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or its equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate and write simple English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possessing PC knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Good working performance and disciplinary record.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in checking, reporting and recording drivers attendance daily.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and optimizing resources to meet operational needs.
  • Work based on operational requirements and rotation.
  • Handle limousine enquiries and reservations via phone and email.
  • Complete ad hoc jobs assigned by Supervisor/Executives.
