Everclass Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd' is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. As a full-time Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Maintain and update various office records and databases
  • Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and document organisation
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Liaise with colleagues and external parties to ensure smooth coordination of office activities

  • Perform other general office duties as required
