KYC Analyst (Arabic Speaker)

A multinational client is seeking a KYC Analyst in Kuala Lumpur. The candidate should have a Degree in Finance, with strong communication skills in Arabic and English. Responsibilities include reviewing customer documents and conducting KYC processes. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

- Review customer documents.
- Resolve alerts while conducting KYC.
- Activate new customer trading accounts.
- Handle client communication via multilingual emails.
- Perform Backoffice operations including withdrawals and transfers.

We are representing one of our multinational client, an award-winning leader in online trading and financial service industry, looking for KYC Analyst to be based in Bukit Bandaraya, Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities :
- Review customer documents ·
- Resolve various alerts while conducting KYC ·
- Activate new customer trading accounts · Handle client communication via multilingual & templated emails ·
- Perform Backoffice operations, including withdrawals, transfers, deposits.
- Perform additional tasks and special projects upon request.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Finance or relevant qualification.
- Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
- Prefer candidates who can join immediately on 11th Dec 2024.
- Good communication (spoken & written) in Arabic AND English.
- Prior experience conducting KYC and/or Back Office operations is preferred
- Able to multi-task and meet daily benchmarks/deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
