A leading food service company in Indonesia is seeking a Business Development professional specialized in HORECA & B2B. Responsibilities include identifying new customers, managing relationships, achieving sales targets, and negotiating with clients. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in the food service sector, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Identify new customers (farming/hunting/canvassing) while maintaining strong relationships and loyalty with existing clients in the Jakarta area.
Achieve sales target that have been set by company.
Demonstrate strong understanding of the HORECA sector (Hotel, Restaurant, Café, Catering) and Food Service sales process to promote and grow brand existence and pastry product sales.
Record, monitor, and report all sales activities including sales calls, daily visits, sales orders, outstanding invoices, customer database updates, presentations, project closures, follow-ups, and action plans.
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers.
Deliver product samples to prospective clients.
Manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery along with invoices and delivery orders (DO).
Keep updated on competitor activities and industry trends.
