- Oversee marketing operations and business development in the South Jakarta region.
- Manage, coach, and lead the local sales team.
- Build and maintain key client relationships.
Skills
Start Date: Preferred between 1st of December – 12th of December
We are a dental prosthesis manufacturer with over 30 years of experience, serving both local and global dental clinics and professionals. As population aging accelerates, the demand for dental prosthetics is rising sharply, making this a fast‑growing and stable industry. - Oversee all marketing operations and business development in the South Jakarta region, formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage, coach and lead the local sales team, optimise team structure and improve overall sales performance.
- Build and maintain key client relationships, explore new market opportunities and expand business coverage.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and projects.
Language: Must be able to speak Indonesian fluently and communicate in Chinese (Mandatory). The ability to communicate in English is valued.
Preferred Background:
- Candidates with existing clinic resources, OR
- Experience in the medical device / dental industry.
- Proven leadership ability and experience managing a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Results‑driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic Salary: IDR 14,000,000 – 18,000,000
Commission: Negotiable with no upper limit (performance‑based).
