This role requires strong sales experience in the food or ingredient industry, with the ability to combine technical knowledge and commercial acumen to deliver value to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and acquiring new customers in East Indonesia
  • Provide technical advice and solutions to customers, ensuring the right product range is applied to meet their needs
  • Manage and track the project pipeline, aligning technical service programs with go-to‑market teams to achieve sales targets
  • Stay updated on food trends, market movements, and emerging technologies, contributing ideas for new product concepts and applications
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Research, Operations, Marketing, and Sales Management to support both new and existing products, improving overall performance and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
  • Integrity and a strong passion for sales is essential
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience as technical sales, sales roles in the food or ingredient industry
  • Candidates with a starch background in FMCG are strongly encouraged to apply
