About the role

As a Business Development professional at Myjourney Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales and growth in the West Jakarta, Jakarta region. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and securing new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work from our office in West Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing
  • Proactively research and identify potential clients within your assigned territory
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations
  • Generate and follow up on qualified leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted campaigns
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and best practices
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the sales industry
