Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various means such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms.

Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product or service to potential clients through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements that meet both parties' expectations.

Closing Deals: Successfully close sales deals by overcoming objections, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sales support and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years on digital & sales (medical background is a plus)

Familiar with business proposal development

Excellent communication skills internally, with clients, and third parties

Tech proficiency, comfortable using Technology, Sales automation tools, MS Office, and relevant software

Time management skill to prioritise tasks & meet deadlines
