Job description
Responsibilities
  • Visit dealers to ensure monthly contract, achievement, maintain good relationship.
  • Track and monitor day‑to‑day sales activity and report to the Branch Manager.
  • Update sales progress according to forecast.
  • Ensure achievement for contract, campaign and all targets for dealers.
  • Ensure achievement for sales revenue, campaign and all targets for stores.
  • Update branch daily and monthly reports (branch achievement and condition, dealer PSI, other brand activity).
  • Ensure dealers purchase products by issuing purchase orders.
  • Manage product returns that do not meet specifications.
  • Prepare counter‑invoices (invoices and travel documents).
  • Support administration of rebates and completeness of other documents such as invoices.
  • Process sell‑through products from dealers to sub‑dealers/shops.
  • Handle complaints from dealers.
  • Do daily PO and daily sales forecasting.
  • Check the price list of all products before distribution to dealers.
  • Assist the Branch Manager to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the home appliances or electronics industry.
