SKINTIFIC Indonesia seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead, oversee, and accelerate our sales performance across Southern Sumatera. This role focuses on expanding our customer base, strengthening distributor partnerships, and achieving sales targets.

We’re looking for someone with a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and solid experience managing diverse operations across General Trade channels.

What You’ll Do:
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, while maximizing growth with existing partners.
  • Track and report competitor activities and market movements.
  • Build strong market intelligence and proactively provide insights to management.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Build a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting and account planning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service execution.
  • Prepare regular reports and participate in performance review meetings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to formulate strategic responses.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager (General Trade) or Branch Manager in an FMCG environment — preferably in Personal Care, Skincare, or Beauty.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong database and network in General Trade within Southern Sumatera (Babel, Palembang, Lampung), or willing to quickly build and manage the area.
  • Proven ability to develop channel sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Willing to be placed in Lampung or Palembang.
