Responsibilities
- 1. Analysis, plan and implement the mortar market;
- 2. Formulate the mortar sales and other Building materials sales plan and track the implementation;
- 3. Customer development, including regional engineering enterprises, housing enterprises and local housing decoration enterprise, etc;
- 4. According to the development task of mortar dealers, develop partnership with local strong dealers;
- 5. Carry out product training and promotion of dealers in the sales area;
- 6. Collect market information and user feedback, maintain good communication with customers, grasp customer needs and provide systematic service;
- 7. Handle customer opinions and complaints, and timely feedback according to the company system to improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- 1. Bachelor degree or above, About 5 years sales experience, 3 years sales experience in building materials;
- 2. Construction, machinery, engineering, materials, language, international trade, economic management and other related majors;
- 3. Have building materials, mortar powder market development, cement sales experience preferred;
- 4. Project sales experience, with customer resources is preferred;
- 5. Proficient in Indonesian and English language; understand Mandarin/Cantonese language will be better;
- 6. With team spirit and strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, the ability to develop new business.
- 7. Working location: Indonesia .
