The incumbent will be accountable for developing and implementing sales strategy and plan for their respective store to achieve the company's sales number.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategy and plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage sales targets and budgets; analyze store sales, operations, and generate daily/monthly/yearly reports for planning and review.
  • Monitor and control store efficiency on a daily basis, including sales performance, strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion, and customer service.
  • Maintain relationships, communicate and negotiate with area partners; implement changes and improvements required by management.
Qualifications
  • At least Senior High School or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level.
  • At least 3 years of experience as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Willingness to commit to a long‑term career in a retail company.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services, and sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Extensive experience and judgment in planning and accomplishing goals.
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks and lead and direct the work of others.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude expected.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Good proficiency with Microsoft Office.
