As a fast-growing system integrator, we are expanding our presence in Indonesia and seeking strong talent to support our data center portfolio.

Position Summary

The Sales Manager will drive business development and sales activities for our data center solutions in Indonesia. You will build customer relationships, identify opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for data center solutions, including design, build, integration, and maintenance services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow relationships with enterprise customers, colocation operators, and partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, to deal closure.
  • Work closely with engineering, project, and operations teams to shape solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Prepare sales proposals, commercial terms, and presentations with support from technical teams.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting updates.
  • Build and manage relationships with key vendors and technology partners.
  • Ensure smooth handover to project teams after contract signing.
  • Represent ByteBridge at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
Requirements
  • Experience in selling data center, IT infrastructure, or system integration solutions.
  • Strong network or customer base in Indonesia’s enterprise or data center market is an advantage.
  • Understanding of data center components such as racks, power, cooling, cabling, and network infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and achieving targets.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency preferred.
