A leading global snacking company is looking for a Field Sales Manager in Pontianak, Indonesia, to lead a team of sales representatives. You will manage sales strategies, develop metrics for KPIs, and build strong customer relationships. Ideal candidates will have extensive sales management experience, outstanding communication skills, and a keen understanding of market dynamics. The role requires a proactive approach to training and team development, ensuring high performance to meet targets.
