Position Overview: (12 month Fixed term Contract)

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the coordination and execution of the company’s marketing strategies in our Uk/I region. They have a high technical aptitude and are interested in building and operating infrastructure for leads, reporting and analytics. The individual will work closely with colleagues across Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Sales Development to build coordinated, optimized, integrated campaigns to drive pipeline growth that is in lock step with GTM priorities across the Uk/I commercial organization. They will generate inbound traffic through the optimization of the company websites and digital campaigns, events, content marketing, SEO and SEM. Executing processes using Marketo and Salesforce to fuel innovative and effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline across new logos and expansion of existing accounts,includinggeneratingmarketing-qualified leads, bybuilding connected customer journeys through the buying cycle viamulti-channel online and offline programs
  • Optimizeand nurture lead performance viamarketing automation,lead nurturingand ABMprocesses
  • Establish closed-loop analyticsand work closelywithMarketing,Salesand Customer Successteamsto understand how our marketing activitydrives conversions anddelivers value to our clients.
  • Lead campaign reportingto analyze performance and optimize as necessary
  • Establish, maintain and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, e.g.,paid media performance,analyzing landing page and email best practices
  • Work in partnership with our Digital team to buildand track SEO and SEM campaigns, developing content and campaigns based on keyword research
  • Track campaign ROI and influence the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Experienceacrossdigital marketing responsibilities (SEO, SEM, ABMstrategies and best practices)
  • Experienceutilizing modernplatforms across theMarTechstack includingMarketing Automation (egMarketo) and Salesforce.com
  • Experience building ABM strategies and campaigns
  • A team player who loves to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability toanalysedata and use as the basis to make data led decisions
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • 3+ years experience required.
