A global leading engineering manufacturer is seeking an Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager to work remotely in Scotland. The role involves managing key accounts and developing new business in sectors such as chemical, food & beverage, and oil & gas. The ideal candidate should have experience in mechanical engineering sales and knowledge of instrumentation products. A competitive salary package of £45,000 – £50,000 is offered, along with benefits including a company car and private medical care.
Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a global leading engineering manufacturer.
The successful Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will work remotely, covering Scotland, promoting a full range of pressure and temperature instrumentation, including pressure gauges, pressure switches, sensors, thermometers, and temperature switches.
The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will ideally have experience selling or managing key accounts for mechanical, process, or industrial engineering products, particularly instrumentation products such as pressure, temperature, flow, level, or analytical measurement instruments. Full product and technical training will be provided.
£45,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

Develop new business and grow existing relationships across sectors such as chemical, food & beverage, oil & gas, power generation, and water.
Promote a wide range of pressure and temperature instruments, including gauges, switches, and sensors.
Maintain and expand sales through product demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations to achieve growth targets.
