A local police department in the UK is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Advisor to contribute to the delivery of its Health and Wellbeing Strategy. The successful candidate will analyze HR data to identify trends, provide support to departments, and develop policies for health and wellbeing. With a focus on inclusive workplace strategies, this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently to promote a positive work environment. This is a full-time position with maternity cover up to 12 months.
