Location: Based in Lincoln but traveling around the UK

Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)
We are currently recruiting a qualified Level 2 Pest Controller to join our established and growing pest control business. This is a mobile, field-based role covering domestic and commercial properties. You'll be responsible for delivering effective pest management solutions while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Carry out pest control treatments in residential and commercial environments
- Inspect properties, identify pest activity, and implement appropriate control measures
- Complete risk assessments and comply with Health & Safety legislation
- Provide professional advice and preventative recommendations to customers
- Accurately complete digital job reports and service documentation
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Level 2 Pest Control qualification (RSPH/BPCA or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a pest control technician role
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
- Basic IT skills (mobile apps/job reporting systems)
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Commercial pest control experience
- Bird control or proofing experience
- BPCA membership
- CSCS card
