Office Administration (Law firm)
Busy North London law firm are seeking an experienced office admin assistant to provide all-round administrative and reception support. Suitable candidates must have experience undertaking administrative duties within an office setting, ideally in a law firm, with solid IT and client service skills.
You will be assisting with receiving and dealing with deliveries, assisting with some personnel duties, scanning post, photocopying, filing, archiving, distributing post and office equipment, delivering documents and covering reception duties from time to time. There may also be some legal work around property transactions, post completion duties etc.
You will need to be focussed, intelligent & reliable and must be a strong administrator, with good interpersonal skills and resilience. This is a permanent role, requiring 5 days in the office, with no remote working.
