MRG is delighted to be working with a purpose-led organisation, based in Glasgow, who is looking to recruit an experienced Brand Manager to be instrumental in the continued growth and development of the Brand function. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in defining the future of this business.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will be key role in designing and implementing new ways of working with internal marketing colleagues, cross-functional stakeholders, and external agency partners (both creative and media).
About the Role:
This is a high-impact role, perfect for a Brand professional with at least 5 years’ experience, who brings a deep understanding of brand strategy, campaign planning, and brand governance. You’ll act as the brand’s internal ambassador – influencing across the business to ensure brand strategy is understood, embraced, and applied consistently.
You’ll lead the delivery of end-to-end brand campaigns across a range of channels including TV, radio, OOH, press, social and digital. You’ll also manage day-to-day PR activity and oversee the organic social media strategy and content planning. Working closely with a skilled in-house creative studio, you’ll ensure all brand expressions are aligned and impactful.
This is a key leadership role within the marketing team, combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll also play a critical part in embedding brand processes, protecting the brand’s reputation, and supporting overall marketing effectiveness.

Salary for this role is in the region of £45,000 with a fantastic benefits package. As well as hybrid working arrangements, with one/two days per week expected in their Glasgow office.
