Overall job description
The ideal candidate will have experience managing communications and PR programmes for high-profile brands or organisations within F1/motorsport.
They will be a central team member, multitasking across projects in a fast-paced environment, with excellent written and verbal skills.
This role involves high-quality content creation, event activation, media relations, and overseeing junior team members.
Candidate should be confident in writing press releases, developing press packs, and engaging with media contacts, preferably with established global media contacts in motorsport.
Creativity, interest in sports news and media trends, and experience in media analysis are essential.
Flexibility and a proactive attitude are required to contribute across all aspects of the programme and agency work.
Reporting to senior team members, the candidate will also manage workload for junior staff.
