Job Description:

HEAD OF CLIENT SERVICE – GLOBAL SPORTS AGENCY

We’re partnering with a world-class sports agency that’s going through an exciting phase of growth – and they’re on the hunt for a Head of Client Service to help steer the ship.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the MD (you’ll be their right-hand), you’ll take the lead on a multi-million pound portfolio of high-profile, global sports clients across football, motorsport, rugby, and more.

This is a senior leadership role – you’ll be overseeing all client business and leading a core team of 5–6 direct reports, with a broader account team beneath.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow flagship sponsorship accounts across integrated campaigns – think activation, events, PR, social, hospitality and beyond.
  • Be a strategic voice internally and externally – shaping brilliant work, driving growth, and spotting commercial opportunities.
  • Inspire and mentor your team to deliver best-in-class work.
  • Partner with the MD to shape agency direction and success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a top-tier agency (or a leading rights holder).
  • Strong background in sponsorship activation.
  • Solid integrated campaign experience – beyond sponsorship alone.
  • A natural team leader with commercial acumen and a nose for client growth.
  • UK-based and ready to hit the ground running.
