If so, we want you to be part of our growing Regional Sales team at National Ventilation, one of the UK's leading manufacturers and suppliers of innovative, energy-saving ventilation solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Territory Management & Growth:

  • Maximise sales opportunities within your defined territory and achieve set revenue targets.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring all solutions meet customer requirements, building regulations, and project specifications.

Technical Expertise & Consultation:

  • Advise customers on technical specifications and installation of ventilation systems.
  • Provide tailored solutions to customer enquiries, ensuring full compliance with building regulations.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions for wholesalers and their teams.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth product delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly update forecasts and pipeline information, providing clear insights to senior management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1- 3 years proven success in territory management and technical product sales.
  • Familiarity with ventilation systems and electrical products is preferred, though training will be provided. You should also be comfortable reading technical drawings and advising on installation.
  • A basic understanding of building regulations and experience in working with both EWS branch managers and contractors will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong track record of growing revenue, securing new accounts, and expanding existing relationships.
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently, both with clients and internal teams. Ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism and poise.
