Our client, a growing hospitality retailer, is looking for a senior marketing manager to drive the marketing strategy across all the 300+ sites in the UK. This company is experiencing double-digit growth and is opening new stores this year, making this a great time to join. The role offers hybrid working with three days in the London office per week.
Taking ownership of the retail marketing budget, you will play an integral role in enhancing the customer journey at each site. The position covers all in-store marketing, points of sale, and developing creative plans for product launches and key calendar moments. You will be responsible for developing all in-restaurant visuals, overseeing food photography shoots, and rolling out key visuals across all channels. This role does not include digital or PR responsibilities, so we are seeking a Senior Brand or Marketing Manager with experience in hospitality or retail, particularly in in-store marketing.
This position offers a competitive salary of up to £70,000, along with a 15% bonus, 5% contributory pension, 33 days holiday, and a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, hybrid working provides a great opportunity to be part of a growing company.
