As Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming and assisting clients face-to-face
* Handling post, scanning, printing, and document uploads
* Booking appointments and managing file openings/closings
* Conducting AML/conflict checks and risk assessments
* Supporting completions, payments, and registrations
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
* Preparing and sending contract packs and reports
As Administration Assistant, your experience will include:
