We're Hiring: Service Advisor - Nottingham

Start Date:ASAP

Salary:£28,000 basic + bonus potential (OTE up to £30k)

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

About the Role

We're looking for a friendly and organised Service Advisor to join our team in Nottingham. If you've got great customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Talking to customers both in person and over the phone-clear communication is key.
  • Keeping things running smoothly in the workshop by assigning work to our technicians promptly.
  • Explaining repairs to customers in a way they'll understand and getting approval for the work.
  • Ordering parts from suppliers and logging them into the system when they arrive.
  • Managing email enquiries and booking in customer appointments.
  • Supporting your team and managers with key admin tasks.
  • Following company procedures and completing training as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience in customer service-automotive industry experience is a bonus, but not a must.
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable using computers.
  • Someone who can stay calm under pressure and keep things moving.
  • A team player who's ready to pitch in wherever needed.
