Flame Health is currently looking for an Practice Manager in the Dorset area, our clientto join our client who is a large independent group of optical and hearing care practices within the UK.

Our client are experts in hearing care and pride themselves on the high level of care they provide their patients with. Within this competitive market, they feel that it is important to be commercially aware whilst still ensuring complete patient satisfaction.

Main Duties

  • Full operational running of the branch, proactively leading, managing, training, and mentoring all staff, maintaining a positive team environment
  • Be commercially aware and make the most of all sales opportunities
  • Serve customers enthusiastically, booking appointments skilfully demonstrating the highest levels of customer service
  • Have the ability to deal with customer queries and complaints, providing prompt, efficient, and competent assistance
  • Ensure the branch optimises all sales opportunities at all times by assisting and actively promoting new promotions
  • Ensure that all marketing and promotional activities are implemented as required
  • Complete administration tasks including assisting with branch figures, clinical queries, general and filing, maintain accurate patient records
  • Fit, adjust, and repair spectacles when needed

Qualifications, training and experience required

  • Competent computer skills
