A national charity is looking for an experienced HR Advisor (Redundancy & Restructure Specialist) who can lead organisational change with confidence and empathy. The role involves managing end-to-end redundancy processes, advising on consultations, and supporting staff through changes. Candidates must be immediately available for this remote position at £20.85 per hour for a temporary duration of 2 to 3 months, with a primary focus on managing complex change procedures.
Qualifications
- Immediate availability for a temporary HR role.
- Experience leading organisational change and managing complex changes.
- Ability to advise on process risks and provide recommendations.
Responsabilités
- Lead end-to-end redundancy and restructure activities.
- Manage individual and collective consultations.
- Produce change-related documentation and update HR systems.
