Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and ER processes.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage site-level ER cases including disciplinary and grievance.
• Coach line managers through people processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
