A recruitment agency is seeking experienced Protection Advisers to work 100% remotely. The role offers flexible hours, a starting salary up to £30,000, and the potential to earn £50-60,000 with an uncapped bonus. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of life and protection sales experience and can demonstrate effective consultative sales skills.

Our client is a directly authorised broker whose sales team works 100% remote, providing advice on income protection, life & protection solutions to clients throughout the UK from leads generated in house.
As part of their growth plans for 2026 they are seeking a small number of experienced protection advisers to join them at the beginning of January.
To be considered you must have at least 2 years phone-based life & protection sales experience. You will have worked with web- or third‑party generated leads and be able to demonstrate that you can maximise each lead via consultative sales.
Once you progress you can choose your own hours. You will be measured solely on results (performance and quality of sale), not on hours, dials or talk time. This level can be achieved within 6 months of joining.
