A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced PA/Compliance Administrator to support the Compliance Director in Southend-on-Sea. The role involves compliance administration, systems support, and coordination duties, and offers a salary range of £35,000 to £45,000 per year, based on experience. Hybrid working options are available.
We are recruiting for an experienced PA /Compliance Administrator to work for the Compliance Director for a long established Lloyd's Insurance Broker. Based Southend on Sea, Essex. Note you need to reside in a commutable distance to Southend and have experience at PA level within compliance in financial services. Hybrid working can be discussed.
To provide dedicated administrative and organisational support to the Compliance Director and wider Compliance Team. The role ensures that day-to-day compliance operations run smoothly by managing correspondence, maintaining records, performing due diligence and sanctions checks, and assisting with system and account administration. This position suits an organised and reliable professional with strong attention to detail, comfortable handling confidential information, and interested in developing within a regulated environment.
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum dependent on skills/experience.
