Job summary

A food ingredients company is seeking a fixed-term HR Advisor at their Leeds site for 12 months. The individual will lead recruitment campaigns, manage agency relationships, and provide generalist HR support to the function and business units. Responsibilities include coaching managers on HR policies and independently supporting ER casework. This role also involves reporting on HR metrics to the leadership team. • Manage agency relationships and conduct performance reviews.
• Coach managers in effective people policies application.
• Support ER casework independently.
• Design and deliver divisional MI reporting.
• Create monthly HR Scorecard for review with leadership.
