Job summary

A broadband service provider in the UK seeks an HR Advisor to support employee experience and manage HR processes. You will provide HR advice to managers, assist with Employee Relations cases, and maintain HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR advisory roles and a strong understanding of UK employment law. This is a 1-year Fixed Term Contract with various benefits, including a health cashback scheme and enhanced leave policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role.
  • Proven experience supporting Employee Relations processes.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or above would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Manage accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding and exit processes.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for HR queries.
