Job summary
A leading UK supermarket chain is seeking Buyers to join their Commercial team. This hybrid role based in Bracknell offers a salary range from £41,900 to £69,100, depending on experience. Successful candidates will work collaboratively within a Category Pod, focusing on strategic choices and KPI delivery. Applicants should be self-motivated with experience in buying roles, coupled with strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork. Qualifications
- Experience as an Assistant Buyer, Junior Buyer, or equivalent.
- Ability to influence internal stakeholders.
- Good communication and numerical skills.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Category Pod to deliver KPIs.
- Support individual accountabilities for the Category Pod.
- Collaborate across Category Pods effectively.
