A prominent NHS trust in Camden Town is seeking a Deputy Ward Manager to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality care for surgical patients. You will assist in daily management and be responsible for maintaining standards of care, providing leadership, and supporting staff development. Ideal candidates should have a Registered Nurse qualification and experience in surgical nursing.
To provide leadership, guidance and support to all nursing staff within the clinical area, and continuous quality care to a specified group of patients. The Deputy Ward Manager will undertake the management of the ward on a day-to-day basis in the absence of or in conjunction with the Ward Manager. To provide clinical leadership and support colleagues to plan, monitor and evaluate skilled and appropriate care for surgical inpatient and ensure the provision of evidence based care. The post holder must act as a role model in providing specialist knowledge in various surgical specialities. We are looking for senior nurses to work in our division. Our Surgical division includes General Surgery, Gynaecology, ENT, Orthopedic/Trauma and elective surgery.
