Due to the nature of work, the individual must be a UK national or, in MoD‑approved cases, a dual national from a non‑ITAR country.
Rolls‑Royce is part of The Dreadnought Alliance, a mission to deliver four Dreadnought submarines for £31 billion, with the first ready for patrol in the 2030s. We are a leader in propulsion system design and development for the Royal Navy’s nuclear submarine fleet, the sole provider and technical authority.
Programme Manager opportunity will be based at Barrow‑in‑Furness and may include travel to Derby and Bristol. We operate a hybrid working pattern with around 60 % of time spent at office locations.
We offer excellent development, a competitive salary and exceptional benefits, including bonus, employee support assistance and employee discounts.
