Kingdom Services Group is partnering with a Prestigious Retail Client and offers a Retail Security Officer position.

Our client is a well-known retailer recognized for product innovation and quality. They are transforming their in-store customer experience and seek Quality Security Officers to reflect this new direction.

Location: Waterloo Station, London SE1

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Approx. 46 hours/week, shifts as per site rota: Sunday 15:00-00:00, Monday-Thursday 15:30-01:00

Hourly Rate: £13/hour

Role Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor premises to ensure safety and security
• Act as a visible deterrent against theft, anti-social behavior, violence, and crime
• Complete reports on observations, incidents, and surveillance activities
• Collaborate with police and security partners, including crime partnership meetings and schemes
• Handle confrontational situations professionally and calmly

Candidate Requirements:

• Professional approach with good judgment and attention to detail
• Previous security experience preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of SCONE system
• Valid SIA licence (DS) or in application
• Full five-year employment history
