Head of Operations - Working for an award-winning travel company based in the Northwest of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and well-respected travel company with responsibility for managing a growing multi-function operations team, overseeing daily operations to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and profitability, while consistently delivering excellent service. This role will be responsible for strategy and long-term growth, implementing changes to improve operational performance, and building a multi-skilled team with an emphasis on service.
