Be part of our exciting Observability and Incident Management Team, impacting core technology and experienced product teams. You will influence technical and cultural strategies, supporting data-driven decision making to enhance our brand, bottom line, and customer experience.

You will be responsible for
  • Engaging with stakeholders and Senior Product Manager to define and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap, managing expectations and dependencies across teams
  • Understanding user personas, customer needs, and stakeholder pain points
  • Documenting requirements with user stories, personas, and acceptance criteria; breaking down complex work into deliverable chunks
  • Leading sprint and release planning to maximize business value
  • Leading discovery work for new products/features, collaborating on prototypes and MVP validation
  • Driving experiments, creating MVPs, and analyzing data to inform product improvements
You will need
Technical:
  • Understanding observability concepts: logs, metrics, traces
  • Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and challenges
  • Experience with tools like New Relic, Splunk, Grafana, VM, Open Telemetry
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, CI/CD, DevOps, APIs, backend applications
  • Data analysis skills for interpreting complex data patterns
Leadership:
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, product, and leadership
  • Ability to mediate conflicting priorities and build consensus
  • User-centric mindset and empathy for end users
  • Experience leading initiatives for new processes, concepts, and tools
  • Advocacy for observability practices and fostering a monitoring culture
