The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of real estate experience in Dubai, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - 4+ years’ real estate experience in Dubai.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- RERA certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of Property Consultants.
- Drive team sales targets and elevate performance through effective leadership.
- Oversee the full sales cycle — lead distribution, client meetings, negotiations & closings.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
- Ensure all procedures follow RERA and company guidelines.
